EEC Professional Certifications update

• Certified Energy Management Systems Advisor (CEnMSA)

• Certified Energy Reduction Leader – Commercial Buildings (CERL-CB)

Effective 1 October 2025, the EEC will no longer undertake administrative, or governance functions related to these certifications.

The EEC extends its thanks to all those who contributed to the development and delivery of these programs, as well as to the professionals who achieved certification under them.

While these certifications will be retired, the EEC remains committed to advancing energy management, workforce capability, and industry best practice. The EEC will continue to provide opportunities for professional development and engagement through its range of training programs, events, and other professional development opportunities.
